Checks with names on them
No caregiver on Kalingap wears a vague “verified” tick. Each badge names the check that ran — NBI checked, ID matched, Interviewed — so you know exactly what stands behind it.
3 documents before anyone can apply
Government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — reviewed by our team, followed by an interview, before a caregiver can take a single job.
You pay your caregiver directly
Kalingap never holds your money and takes no cut. The rate you agree in the app is what your caregiver receives — and both of you keep the record of every visit.

Asked before booking.
Magkano ang live-in caregiver?
Live-in rates are per day, set by the caregiver, and never below the ₱1,200-a-day floor. You and the caregiver agree the details before the booking starts, and payment goes to the caregiver directly — Kalingap takes no cut.
How is live-in different from overnight care?
Overnight is a single shift of ten to fourteen hours. Live-in means the caregiver stays with your family for an agreed number of days, priced per day rather than per hour.
Can I book a live-in caregiver today?
No — live-in is always scheduled in advance, never instant. That gives both sides time to talk, meet, and agree how the arrangement will run before anyone moves in.
How are live-in caregivers checked?
The same named checks as everyone on Kalingap: three documents — government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — reviewed by our team, followed by an interview. Badges on the profile name each check that ran.
