How do I know a caregiver is safe to let into our home?
Every caregiver submits 3 documents — government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — and passes an interview with our team before they can take a single job. Badges on each profile name the checks that ran: NBI checked, ID matched, Interviewed.
