Checks with names on them
No caregiver on Kalingap wears a vague “verified” tick. Each badge names the check that ran — NBI checked, ID matched, Interviewed — so you know exactly what stands behind it.
3 documents before anyone can apply
Government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — reviewed by our team, followed by an interview, before a caregiver can take a single job.
You pay your caregiver directly
Kalingap never holds your money and takes no cut. The rate you agree in the app is what your caregiver receives — and both of you keep the record of every visit.

Magkano ang caregiver para sa matanda?
Caregivers set their own rates, so prices vary with experience and location. What Kalingap guarantees is the floor: elderly care never posts below ₱120 an hour. The rate on a profile is the rate — you pay your caregiver directly, and Kalingap takes no cut.
How do I know a caregiver is safe to let into our home?
Every caregiver submits three documents — government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — and passes an interview with our team before they can take a single job. Badges on each profile name the checks that ran: NBI checked, ID matched, Interviewed.
How does booking work?
Post what you need — the hours, the tasks, the location — and choose from the caregivers who apply, or book one directly from their profile. Elderly care can start as soon as possible, later today, or on a scheduled date. Visits run from four hours.
Can the same caregiver come every week?
Yes. You choose the caregiver, the hours, and how long the arrangement runs — one visit, or a standing schedule with someone your family already knows.
