Magkano ang yaya per hour?
Each yaya sets her own rate, never below the ₱110-an-hour floor for childcare. There is no markup on top: you pay your yaya directly, and Kalingap takes no cut of it.
How are yayas checked?
Three documents — government ID front and back and an NC II Caregiving certificate — reviewed by our team, then an interview, before anyone can apply to a job. The badges on a profile name each check that ran: NBI checked, ID matched, Interviewed.
Can I book a newborn night shift?
Yes — childcare covers newborn care, and you set the hours when you post. For a caregiver whose whole job is to stay awake through the night, overnight care is the better fit.
How fast can someone come?
Childcare can be booked for as soon as possible, later today, or on a scheduled date — you choose when you post. Visits run from four hours.
